ABOUT
Welcome to the 2025 edition of The Climb Girls’ Resiliency Conference. This conference has been designed especially for YOU – high school aged students who are living in a time of increased anxiety, social pressures and self-esteem challenges. The Climb is a chance for you to spend a day learning different ways to maintain resiliency and decide which ones work best for you. By this we mean: how to be able to keep going when things get tough… how to find calm when your world feels chaotic… and how to live a healthy life despite being changed by all the good (and the bad) that might come your way.
The Climb has been designed to do a few different things for you: we want you to move your body because we know that physical activity is great for your mental health, we want you to use your hands in a creative way because this can help calm a busy mind, and we want you to leave the conference knowing that this community cares about you and sees you.
We’ve split the day into 13 different groups, all designated by a colour. Each colour grouping moves through 4 different sessions throughout the day. Have a look at the different colours and pick one that has sessions you think you’ll enjoy. If there are friends you’d like to be with, be sure to pick a colour grouping that has room for all of you. All of the session presenters are working hard on sessions they think you’ll love, so you can’t go wrong with any of these groups.
